“Anyone can be average. What STOPS average?

People that are willing to work and do things that aren’t fun. Those willing to look at their weaknesses, then commit to making them a strength.”

If you are not going to do something to the very best of your ability don’t do it.

Why in the world would you ever settle for mediocrity?

Get the basics right

There’s little point in building strength, speed and endurance on poor basic skills.

You’ll only get stronger, faster and last longer at executing poor skills.

Get the basics brilliant and keep refreshing them.

The Coach’s Job

Every coach’s job is to get the best out of the group of players you have.

That doesn’t matter what standard of player you have.. the coaches job is to push them to be their best & try & improve their overall game.

From grassroots to prem league.
