	They commit to a WINNING MINDSET
	There are many ways to win. Winning is a mindset. Coaches need to define this every day. Winning Teams commit to this mindset every day. How will you play? How will you compete? How will you win?
	They commit to WORK ETHIC
	There is no secret to success: NO DEPOSIT - NO RETURN. You get out of life what you put into it. Winning teams understand the value of hard work. They have a collective understanding that hard work wins. There is NO Entitlement to winning teams.
	They play as a TEAM
	There is no I in TEAM. Winning teams commit to each other. They understand that WE > ME They accept roles. They play with Mudita!
	The hold themselves ACCOUNTABLE
	Finally, winning teams hold each other accountable. If a player stumbles in their winning attitude, mindset, work ethic, and team play, the team holds them to account.
