    3. There are many pieces to make a good team.

    1. The most talented players don’t always make the best team.
    2. Teams are like puzzles. The pieces have to fit.
    3. If you can fill a role that the team needs, you generally play
  4. Players who help the team WIN
    1. Coaches want to WIN.
    2. Make plays that help the team WIN
    3. Help the team WIN and be a “favorite”

    1. Work harder than everyone. 
    2. Hard work is contagious and can impact a team in winning ways.
