First, get your team into groups of three.
Second, ask someone from each group to raise their hand, only one person from each group. That person is now the interviewer of the group.
Third, explain that the other two in the group will answer questions one word at a time. They will work together to answer the questions from the interviewer.
Note: the answers can be made up! That is what makes it fun. For example, maybe ask the groups, “What did you have for breakfast?” The two working together will answer that one word at a time, and they can say whatever they want, as long as it keeps the sentence going.
2-3 minutes go by, and you ask the groups to select a new interviewer, then you start over. Depending on the group’s age and maturity, you will have to decide to let them o on their own or give them questions. Here are some example questions:
The options are endless, and let the groups know an answer can be a few words or a story, but to think of it like they are being interviewed for a news story. If one group has 4, no problem. The two headed monster becomes a three-headed monster.
