- Coach calls number and colour (2-1-green)
- Colour denotes which team has ball
- First number = attackers
- Second number = number of defenders
- Attackers try to score – if lose ball then defenders score in other goals
- Can score as soon as over halfway line
Attackers
- Speed of attack
- Drag defenders and get commitment
- Eliminate with pass
- Switch direction – Changeit
- Defenders to stop the “go forward”
Defenders
- Delay
- Pressure
- Line 2 goal
- Deny
- When ball leaves pitch then coach throws new one
- Game restarts on goal or back line loss
- 30 secs to score
- 5 balls and see which team scores the most
