Rondo – rotations

Possesion based exercise, team in possesion are working inside a box that is split into 4 equal spaces (segments). After making a successful pass, the player must switch out of their segment and rotate spaces with another player.

If the defenders win possesion they need to carry the ball outside of the box, the next waiting defender then feeds another ball into play.

In order to maintain defensive intensity; option to have the defenders win 1 point for every turnover, while the attackers must connect 5 passes to receive 1 point.
