    2. Square passes – SQUARE not angled
    3. Receive behind the right foot

    Sequence

    1. b runs with the ball to the “flat”
    2. b passes to a
    3. a recieves behind the right foot
    4. a rolls out and runs back to first “flat”
    5. a passes to b

    Back to 1

    Do for 2 mins and rest

    1. Then change start points
    2. a runs
    3. a runs around the ball
    4. a passes to b
    5. b rolls out and runs back to first “flat”
  1. Square pass
  2. Ball receipt
  3. Stick and body position
  1. Start again
  1. Faster harder passes
  2. Add extra skills – bouncy pass
