8 yd scoring

1. 4v4 + 2 mini ds preferably with keepers (if more than 4 then do subs or round robins
2. attacking quickly and scoring goals from within 8 metres of the goal. Every goal is worth 5 points. Every shot is worth 1 point.
3. Score by a flick, push or slap (always two-hands apart on the stick)
4. Scorer runs around goals back to game – this generates an overload
5. Scoring
6. Strike = 1 point
7. PCA = 2 points
8. First time strike, Deflections or spin shots = 2 points
