1. 2 teams of 4/5 with 2 goals
2. 2v2 in D + keepers
3. Ball passed into an attacker who then tries to score with his teammate
4. Defenders try to force off the pitch or win the ball in which case they try and score

2. Short corner
3. 1 touch goal = 2

Attackers

1. Receive under pressure
2. Pressure on receiver
3. 1 touch score
4. Flicks
5. Move to space or where you can strike

Defenders

1. Hard marking
2. Directional marking
3. Body shape
4. Aggression
5. No commitment

1. Any infraction coach throws new ball in
2. Ball off side then new players come in

1. 5 balls each to encourage retention
2. One touch
3. Add another attacker + defender after 10 secs
