Through the gates

1. Two even sided teams (3v3) or more
2. Cone goals – 1 more than the team size
3. 2 jokers working for whichever team is in possession
4. Teams collect points by passing and receiving through the gates
5. Double points when passing through the middle/yellow gates
6. Teams can’t go back through the same gate they went through previously.
7. Option to double the points if players can create a one/two through the gates.

1. Passing accuracy and receiving on the move
2. Movement off ball, creating space

Non-transgressing team starts from one end

1. Coach calls gates for double goals (scanning)
2. 2 Touch
3. Speed to score
