Right/Left Wing Attacks

  1. 5v4 or 4v3 attacking overload
  2. Ball passed to mid left or right who attacks down wing
  3. Game is then to score in traditional manner

NOTE: Have 2 squads of attackers and defenders one left and one right so can keep speed up

  1. Fine tune attackers – top d, pads and posts
  2. Attacker to draw defenders and move the ball
  3. Spare player to get into red zone (distract or confuse keeper)

Attackers

  1. Wing/half runs with triangle passing if necessary
  2. SPEED
  3. Cross at end either:
    1. Square
    2. Top D
  4. Attacker positioning – PADS & POSTS & Top D

Defending attacks from wing

  1. Channelling – DO NOT DIVE
  2. HUNT in pairs
  3. Man to man marking
  4. Watch top D
  5. Do NOT move off FAR post attacker
  6. STICK ON THE GROUND

Keeper

  1. Organise defense
  2. Clears the circle
  1. When goal scored or cleared then reset
  2. On reset rotate defenders and attackers

Progression

  1. Time constraints
  2. Turn and Burn
  3. ONLY score outside red zone or ONLY score inside red zone
  1. Quality of attacker positions
  2. Speed
  3. Marking
  4. Move out of the D to clear up and then transfer
  5. Does keeper organise
