Pressure game

1. 4v4 (or more)
2. Standard sided game big goals and no keepers.
3. Players can score from anywhere on the pitch.

Watch for just tonking the ball into goal – perhaps introduce a forfeit for a unsuccessful tonk

This can be mixed up with “Quiet game” as well to make it harder

1. Instant pressure on the ball
2. Explode/implode
3. My man does NOT shoot
4. Restructure defense – SCRAMBLE

Normal hockey rules

1. IF you decide to shoot and lose the ball then it is a 16 for the defenders
2. Each team gets “X” balls to encourage risk/reward
