Each team has target players at the ends of the pitch.
Play begins with the ball in the blue team half and in possession.
Reds have three players in the half, meaning the blues are 4v3.
Blue aim to play into one of the two target players on the baseline and then push forward to support.
They send three players forward and leave one in their half.
The end player who does not receive steps into the pitch to support.
Reds make recovery runs to defend.
Teams can only score after the end target player has received.
If the teams win the ball in the opposition half, they can pass into their target player to score.
