Game makeup

1. 1 large box with 4 smaller boxes – ensure space in between
2. 4 teams of 3
3. Each team has a defender who is allowed to roam when defending
4. START – pass a ball to a corner team
5. 4 internal passes followed by a pass to another team/square = goal
6. When in possession can have all players in the square
7. Defenders objective is to disrupt team in possession
8. ONLY 1 defender can enter square with the ball to apply pressure
9. Other two defenders must stay in the middle and try to cut off the passing lanes

Attackers

1. Fast passing
2. Movement off the ball
3. Pass and look for channel
4. Communicate

Defenders

1. Aggressive running
2. Closing passing channels
3. Do not commit
4. Patience wait for mistake

Transition/Reset

1. Restart when goal scored – defense or attack
2. If the ball goes out of play, play a new ball to a different group

1. 1 touch pass 
2. 3 touch before pass
3. Change scoring levels
