Objective - Escaping pressure when the defender is behind you
Set-Up:
- 1/16th of a pitch in two opposite corners place 2 mini goals.
- Place attackers and defenders in one corner with a ball and a another player opposite them.
How to Play:
- Attackers take the ball and dribble with defenders closely behind – attacker passes to spare player who plays back
- Attacker has to get away from defender to score in a mini-goal (can only score once over the black dashed line).
- Defenders are not allowed to cross the dashed line.
- If the defenders win the ball they must pass to the spare player – then recieve back before they can score a goal.
